Train like an ultimate fighter in the sport of MMA. MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is a combat sport that utilizes fighting techniques from a mixture of martial arts, such as boxing, muay thai/kickboxing, BJJ/submission arts, wrestling, and hybrid/freestyle fighting. You can learn to ground and pound like the Huntington Beach Badboy Tito Ortiz, sprawl and brawl like the Iceman Chuck Liddell, clinch work and dirty box like The Natural Randy Couture, or tap out your opponents like a Gracie. I offer either MMA TRAINING for those who want a more hands on/contact workout or MMA CONDITIONING for those who want to get in shape without the bruises.

MMA TRAINING:
This type of session offers you the most diversified and intense training available. It works on all aspects of your fitness and performance, from strength, endurance, and power to endurance, agility, and flexibility. The sessions will include drills to work on your stand up game involving focus mitt and thai pad work for punches, knees, kicks and elbows. I also will teach you proper evasive techniques/catch and return drills to increase your defensive game. Once you've mastered the basics we will implement sparring, teaching you to strike effectively without getting hit back. Next we will work on your skills in clinch range, this is the intermediate range where the person in control determines if your going to stand or go 1down to the ground. Here we will work thai clinching, dirty boxing, pummeling, take downs, and take down defense. Lastly we will work on your ground game. I will teach you positional control on the ground, ground and pound, submission skills, submission defense, and how to get back to your feet. When you have mastered the basic techniques we will roll to teach you how to combine all of your ground skills. When you have the basics covered we will combine all aspects in both your drills and your sparring making you a well rounded mixed martial arts fighter.

MMA CONDITIONING:
1This training allows you to get ripped, lose weight, and tone up by using the drills and skills from the above training without the hand to hand contact. I will work your striking on the pads/ground and pound bag, wrestling drills on the mat, and conditioning exercises. You get a great workout without the bruises.
