Muay Thai/Kickboxing/Boxing - 1 on 1 sessions can be used for fitness & fun, for people interested in competing, or as an art of self defense. My training methods include: kick shields, boxing focus mitts, Thai pads, medicine balls, speed bags, footwork drills, evasive movements, jump rope, heavy bag, double end bag, bob n weave rope, power stepper, calisthenics, and sparring (optional) and are set up in an interactive circuit training regimen to push you to new levels of greatness.

Boxing (Western) - Often called the sweet science, boxing offers some of the best conditioning, speed, and agility of any training in the world. Footwork, evasive head movement, and fast hand combos are western boxings trademark. Punch your way to fitness and knock out your stress with western boxing.

Kickboxing - Combine the punches, footwork, and evasive movements of western boxing with the fast flashy kicks of a martial artist and you have kickboxing. Flexability, finess, and throwing punches to multiple kicks before your foot comes back to the ground are kickboxings trademark.

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) - Known as the art of eight limbs or Thailands version of kickboxing, Muay Thai is kickboxing with an attitude. It is the most powerful of the striking arts using explosive combonations of punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and Plum (clinch work). The high intensity conditioning and combat effectiveness of Muay Thai is unmatched, which is why almost MT1all modern day UFC/Cage Fighters use it to be successful. My style of Muay Thai comes from Ajarn (Master) Surichai Sirisute, Thai Boxing Master and President of the TBA (Thai Boxing Association USA). Besides training for fitness or fighting, serious students can test for certification in the art through me and later through Ajarn Chai. For people interested in the art, the Y Kru or ram muay (fight ceremony) along with many other cultural aspects can be learned.
